Meeting the family

Because Seth was taken to the nicu the night he was born, he was not able to meet his brother and sisters.  The kids cried that night because they could not see their new brother.  So they came the next morning, missing some school, the meet him. They were excited.  The drove to the hospital with Grandma Fuller.  Unfortunately our camera batteries died and we were not able to take pictures.  These pictures are from when Seth was able to come home. As you can see below the kids smiled a lot.

We have a New Baby!

Seth Michael Harper was born November 30, 2011 at 6:12pm.  He was a big 7.6lbs  and 19in long.  He came out very loud and fussy. But over all healthy.  Because he was only 36 weeks he was considered premature and was taken to the nicu.

The Michael and Linda Harper Family!

We all got together for Ryan's wedding, so we had to take a family picture.  It seems like most of the time when we take one of these someone ends up being pregnant.  Sometimes even when they do not know it.  Well the same is true for this picture. The picture is already out dated thanks to Seth's birthday on 11/30/11.  And in February there will be another grandchild entering our family. Man we are already a big group. Don't we all look happy?

Ryan is Married!

We had a very exciting time on the 11th of November.  All my family was able to attend the wedding of my brother Ryan and is bride Sveta.  It was wonderful to spend some time with all my brothers and their families.  The time seemed to go too quickly.  It was great being at the temple with my kids as well.

Pretty Girls and Handsome boy

The kids clean up real nice.  One of the things that the girls loved was when Aunt Caprise offered to braid their hair.  Usually they are doing good if they get a pony tail (I can not even do that).

Now I will admit I may be a little bit bias but I think these are some real cute kids. (Sorry Ethan I ment handsome boy).

Styling Cousins

We have had a very busy November.  It began with my family comming together for Uncle Ryan's and Aunt Sveta's Wedding.  The kids were excited to see all their cousins.  They love playing with them and there are so many to play with now!

Halloween is scary!

We had a fun time this Halloween.  The kids got way to much candy. We had a fun time at the Trunck-er-Treat at church.  We had some really good chili, played some games, and of course trick-er-treated in the parking lot.  Everyone had a great time except Tracy.  She wanted to come despite having pain from a kidney stone (she spent some time in the hospital) in addition to being pregnant but she wanted to be there for the kids.

On Halloween we took the kids Trick-er-Treating in Uncle Ryan's and Grandma Harper's neighborhood.  They had a blast running and ringing doorbells to get candy.  We kept trying to get them to slow down and not run through people's yards.  This was hard for Haily to do she was so excited.  However about the fourth house we went to they finally got the message.  The girls were running to the door.  Tracy and I were yelling at them slow down and wait when two "Marmaduke" type dogs came running out to say hi to the girls.  Sydney and Haily started to scream because the dogs were and big as they were and wanted to sniff them.  Ethan did run with his "light saber" to try and protect his sister.  I had to carry Haily to two houses after this before she was brave enough to walk herself.  By the end of the night she was back to running from door to door.  : )

9 Years Old!

Ethan's had a birthday.  He was so excited. He got a bike, this was his big gift. We gave it to him early in the morning but he was not super excited.  He kept asking if there was more.  Lick for him there was more.  He enjoyed his Lego bumblebee transformer and his remote control car.  We did try to take his bike out.  Unfortunately he got a big gash in his tire and was unable to practice riding after that.  We had grandparents come and had cake and ice cream.  It turned out to be a good Birthday.
